• Make-up on the day for Mother of the bride, Bridesmaids etc. 
• Makeup trial for Mother of the bride, Bridesmaids etc. with Poppy in her studio in London 
• Teen bridesmaids from age 13-15 Base, blush, one eyeshadow colour, liner and mascara with lipstick or gloss.
• Flower girls up to age 12 Free - includes- lipgloss, blush and mascara
• Lashes 

I require a minimum of 3 people including the bride on a weekend

Any trains, taxis, parking, toll, congestion charge and/or accommodation costs incurred will be added to your final balance. There is no charge to travel to me for the trial.

Until receipt of the deposit all bookings are provisional. 

Payments by the client:

The client must pay a deposit of the full make-up trial cost, which includes your makeup trial, to confirm the booking. Upon receipt of such payment, you will receive confirmation of this through email.

Deposit payments can be made in the following forms: cash or bank transfer.

Payments by bank transfer can only be made to Poppy – details available on request.

Cancellations by you 

Should you wish to cancel your provisional booking before the deposit is paid no charges will be levied but the date will be released.

The deposit is non-refundable. 

Cancellation between 15 and 28 days from the date of final appointment = cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the booking.

Cancellation between 8 and 14 days from the date of the final appointment = cancellation charge equivalent to 75% of the total cost of the booking. 

Cancellation within 7 days of the final appointment = cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking.

Should the client wish to cancel this booking at any stage written notice must be given either to [address and/or email]. Cancellation will take effect from the date of receipt of the written cancellation and you will receive written confirmation of your cancellation and any cancellation charges that may have been levied. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt therefore the client is advised to check that the cancellation has been received.

Cancellations by me

Until the deposit is received, no booking, provisional or otherwise is made. The quote once sent out will be deleted after 4 weeks if the deposit isn’t paid.

Once I confirm your booking, the date will be reserved for you.

In the very unlikely event that I am too ill to do your wedding makeup I will do my very best to find an alternative makeup artist to take my place. I write down everything I use and take pictures so another makeup artist could copy what I have done. Being in this industry for over 15 years, I know numerous makeup artists that I can count on and trust.
