THE SERVICES

Make-up Trial & Booking Deposit
A dedicated consultation and trial session with Poppy at a location of your choice. This session designs your look and serves as your official deposit to secure your wedding date

Bride on the Day
Flawless, camera-ready bridal make-up on your wedding day applied on-location at your venue or home

Bridal Party on the Day
Custom wedding day make-up for the Mother of the Bride, Bridesmaids, and honoured guests to complement the bridal aesthetic

Bridal Party Trial
Dedicated preview sessions hosted exclusively in Poppy's private space in London to refine looks for your party prior to the wedding day

Teen Bridesmaids (Ages 13–15)
A soft, beautifully understated look. Includes a radiant base, soft blush, a single eyeshadow colour, liner, mascara, and a polished lip colour or gloss

Flower Girls (Up to Age 12)
Complimentary. A light touch of magic including clear lip gloss, a sweep of blush, and a touch of mascara

For larger bridal parties, Poppy manages an elite hand-picked team of trusted hair stylists and make-up artists to ensure your morning timeline flows seamlessly and completely stress-free

TERMS & POLICIES

Weekend Minimums
Please note that a minimum booking requirement of 3 people (including the bride) is required for all weekend dates

Travel & Expenses
There is no travel charge for trials at Poppy's studio. For on-location mobile services, any trains, taxis, parking, tolls, congestion charges, or required accommodation costs will be added to your final balance

Deposits & Payments
All dates remain provisional until a deposit covering the full cost of the trial is paid. Once paid via cash or bank transfer, your date is exclusively reserved and you will receive an email confirmation. Quotes automatically expire after 4 weeks if unsecured

Cancellations
Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and take effect from the date of written acknowledgment

Notice between 15 and 28 days from the final appointment date requires a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the booking. Notice between 8 and 14 days requires 75%. Notice within 7 days requires 100%

Artist Guarantee
In the exceptionally rare event of severe illness, Poppy draws upon over 15 years of industry relationships to secure a trusted, high-calibre alternative artist. Face charts, formulas and skin notes are meticulously kept so your look can be flawlessly replicated
